Jeff Kurzon

Jeff Kurzon practices business law in downtown Manhattan. Jeff’s areas of practice range from business (formation, transfer of equity, finance) to litigation matters (commercial, civil rights, consumer class actions).

Jeff began his law career at Sidley Austin where he worked on M&A and private equity matters, including the sale of a company whose primary assets were shopping malls in different states. As part of his current practice, he represents clients with New York commercial leases, representing both tenants (particularly retail) and landlords.

In nearly twenty years of living in New York City, Jeff has lived in over ten apartments, always searching for the best deal. Expect Jeff to arrive on a Citibike and to be quick with a joke.
